    • Prime Tier Premium Models: ELITE and OPTIMA
    • Ultra Tier AI BlueTooth Models: MICRONIK and EPIK
  • Switch to other models within Tier
    • Notify AUDIALnet via email with SWITCH in subject line
    • Instructions for Switching Tiers or Models will be sent
  • Flexibility to Upgrade or change to a different Tier
    • Notify AUDIALnet via email with UPGRADE in subject line
    • Instructions for Upgrade for Tier change will be sent
  • Free Shipping for Perk transactions
  • Special Customer Support for Members
  • Lost hearing aid replacement service with special handling fee
    • Notify AUDIALnet via email with LOST in subject line
    • Instructions for replacing lost hearing aids will be sent
    • NOTE: Valid only after completing 6 months of membership and requires Special Handling Fee of $50/Prime and $95/Ultra
  • Free accessories (replacement eartips, cleaning brushers)

  • Extra Year Warranty-2 year warranty from start of membership
