- Instructions for Switching Tiers or Models will be sent
- Flexibility to Upgrade or change to a different Tier

- Instructions for Upgrade for Tier change will be sent

- Lost hearing aid replacement service with special handling fee

- Instructions for replacing lost hearing aids will be sent
- NOTE: Valid only after completing 6 months of membership and requires Special Handling Fee of $50/Prime and $95/Ultra
