Refund policy
AUDIALnet has a 30-day return policy from the date-of-delivery. To return and receive a full refund, your hearing aid must be returned with all parts and accessories. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to confirm your purchase.
To start a return, send an email to: Audialnet@gmail.com and note in the Subject line: Return Request. Please use the same email address as the one used for the purchase for proper processing. Include in the email your Order # and purchase date, hearing aid model and reason for the return.
A Return authorization will be issued and we will email a return shipping label, if your return is authorized, with instructions on handling the returned item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and Return Authorization will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed as noted below.
Exceptions: AUDIALnet ALLIANCE
Hearing Aids and items in use from the AUDIALnet ALLIANCE members program must be returned following the policy and procedure guidelines as outlined for this stated program.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, you will be notified if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded for the purchase price on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Audialnet@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Contact us at Audialnet@gmail.com with information on the issue so we can evaluate it and correct any error. Note Damage or Defective in Subject Line.
